Growing up as a young kid on a farm, I always loved playing outside. Getting dirty, making mud pies & creating magic potions in my parents' garden. I enjoyed all of what nature had to offer. Fast forward, I have been working in the medical field within the skin care industry & have always wanted to incorporate natural ways not only to benefit skin health, but all of the body's systems.
I wanted to provide a nurturing, caring way to help support the mind, body & spirit. I started studying all about the benefits of herbs & their energetics- how incorporating them daily can ease inflammation, support the immune system, provide skin rejuvenation, help with a restless & nervous mind & encourage a full night's sleep.
This has been a dream of mine to bring nature into the body for everyone to feel healthy within themselves.

When I am not working fulltime as a pathology coordinator for a dermatology clinic and creating herbal blends, I love spending time with my husband and teenage son. Going to music festivals, camping, enjoying my yoga studio & community, thrift store shopping, and being cozy with my two cats Dash and Woonie.
