Frequently Asked Questions

  • There are currently six different blends that I offer. Although, I enjoy creating special blends specifically for certain businesses who can benefit from a customized blend.

This is something I would work alongside with the business/owner, to find out the exact needs of their clients/patients. We will go over the different herbs, their benefits & energetics, aromas, taste preferences, etc.

  • Incorporating herbal teas into your life requires a daily ritual. Some herbs like lavender, chamomile, ginger, dandelion have benefits that can sometimes be noticed with one cup. They can soothe, calm, aid in digestion & help with water retention. Yet, if you are wanting more health benefits for more chronic health concerns like; arthritis, skin conditions or helping with preventing colds, easing symptoms of stress & anxiety. Then it is recommended to drink herbal tea 1-3 times daily.

Herbs work differently than taking medications that just suppress symptoms. Herbs help the body’s natural state to become more resilient and more effective at fighting off different sicknesses, alignments and conditions with long term use.

  • When it comes to herbs, even though they are completely all natural you do have to use some caution. With every herbal blend if you are taking any medications, are pregnant or breastfeeding, please always check with your healthcare provider. For children, please consult their pediatrician for any questions prior to use. Herbs are generally quite safe to enjoy if you are drinking 1-2 cups here or there, yet if drinking on a daily basis for aiding in health concerns, you should always check for any medication or health interactions.

Again, refer to the disclaimer for the tea blends below.

  • Yes! I offer both. I like to get an idea of what your vision is for your business first. Whether you want to purchase the teas to serve as a complimentary tea service for your clients/patients to enjoy while in your business. Or buy to then display as retail for people to purchase on their own to take home to enjoy. This is something we can further discuss to make sure you are getting the best deal for your needs.

  • Usually, the loose leaf dried herbal blends last up to one year without losing all their beautiful benefits. The crucial part of making sure your tea lasts and doesn’t lose its aromas, flavors and beneficial oils/resins is to keep it in a tightly sealed container/package. That’s why I supply my blends in sealable zip bags or tightly closed lids on the glass jars. Please note that keeping away from direct sunlight and moisture also helps retain the freshness of the herbs.

  • I like using this term to reference that this tea, although delicious & full of flavor, is not like the regular tea bags you get at the store. These teas contain all natural 90% organic herbs, roots & botanicals. They are in natural form, with no preservatives, no added flavors, colors & free of any chemicals or fragrances. Meaning, while drinking these teas, you may notice they have a more earthy, herbaceous flavor profile. Drinking a cup of herbal tea may not be as sweet as a tea bag bought at the store. You may notice differences in the color, the amount in the bags or jars, what the herbs' appearances look like and that is all due to the natural sourcing of the herbs. Which farms the herbs were purchased from. The time of the year/season when the herbs were harvested. So, no two bags or jars will look the same, yet will still contain all the goodness that each one benefits.
