Join us at the Q Center on May 1, 2026 at 7:00 PM for a relaxing evening. Experience the soothing vibes of a sound bath, unwind with a gentle massage, and sip on calming herbal tea. It’s the perfect way to chill, recharge, and treat yourself. Bring a friend or come solo, either way, you’re in for a peaceful night! Enhanced option with 10-15 minute fully clothed chair massage with Emily Ford-Lemus LMT has limited openings so reserve early. Tea with Herbalist Shelly from Serene_Self_Sage available before and after the sound bath so you can leaf feeling refreshed! All experience levels, bodies, identities; all are welcome and treasured. Chairs will be available for those who are unable or prefer not to lie down. Please let us know of any other accommodations needed.

Sound Bath & Tea Service
Join us for a sound bath with herbal tea service in Portland at Fern & Wolf, a space featuring vintage, bespoke furniture and curated art. This immersive evening combines live sound healing with crystal singing bowls and acoustic instruments alongside a thoughtfully prepared herbal tea service.
The sound bath is led by Charlie Short, a certified sound healing practitioner who creates calming, melodic sound experiences designed to support relaxation and nervous system regulation. Using crystal singing bowls and gentle acoustic instruments, the session invites deep listening and restorative rest.
Herbal tea service is provided by Serene Self Sage, led by herbalist Shelly, who offers carefully selected blends intended to complement the sound experience. Tea will be available before and after the sound bath as part of the event. To preserve a quiet, uninterrupted listening environment, tea will not be served during the sound portion.
Seating and comfort options:
Participants are encouraged to bring yoga mats, blankets, pillows, cushions, or comfort items such as squishmallows. A limited number of mats will be available to borrow. Chairs and couches are available for guests who are unable to lie on the floor, making this event accessible to a range of bodies and comfort needs.
What to expect:
The sound bath centers on layered tones and resonance intended to help the body soften and the mind settle. After the sound portion, tea will again be available as guests transition out of the experience and integrate quietly.
This event is well suited for those interested in sound healing, crystal singing bowls, herbal tea, meditation, relaxation, and stress relief in Portland. No prior experience is needed.
Tickets are sliding scale $20 - $30. Space is limited.

The sound bath is led by Charlie Sebastian Short and features crystal singing bowls, crystal pyramid, chimes, gong, tranquility harp, and gentle hypnotic percussive instruments designed to support relaxation and nervous system regulation.
Participants are invited to rest in a way that feels comfortable, either lying on the floor with a mat and blankets or seated. You are welcome to bring your own mat, blanket, pillow, or other cozy items. A yoga mat will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own for more cushioning.
Herbalist Shelly of Serene Self Sage will offer a thoughtfully prepared tea service before and after the sound bath, allowing time to settle in and to gently reorient afterward. During the event, Emily will provide a limited number of chair massage sessions for those who choose to participate.
This experience is designed to be grounding, supportive, and accessible, with multiple ways to participate based on individual comfort and needs.
