Join us at the Q Center on May 1, 2026 at 7:00 PM for a relaxing evening. Experience the soothing vibes of a sound bath, unwind with a gentle massage, and sip on calming herbal tea. It’s the perfect way to chill, recharge, and treat yourself. Bring a friend or come solo, either way, you’re in for a peaceful night! Enhanced option with 10-15 minute fully clothed chair massage with Emily Ford-Lemus LMT has limited openings so reserve early. Tea with Herbalist Shelly from Serene_Self_Sage available before and after the sound bath so you can leaf feeling refreshed! All experience levels, bodies, identities; all are welcome and treasured. Chairs will be available for those who are unable or prefer not to lie down. Please let us know of any other accommodations needed.
