Yoga is for EVERY body! At Lighthouse Community Yoga PDX, our mission is to support the health and well-being of the YOU in your body. Wherever your body comes from and whatever your body looks like, you are important to us and so is your wellness journey. We are here to create community and invite you in to a space where we provide an opportunity to use all of the benefits that Yoga has to support your heart, your body, and your mind. Our goal is to be a safe, warm, and loving environment for all of our neighbors.
We are community / female / queer owned + operated, and proudly located in SE Portland in the heart of Lents.
We offer diverse styles including kundalini, vinyasa, restorative, yin, hatha, and more! Also we host a variety of non-yoga offerings, including breathwork, sound baths, meditation, dance, and crafting/macrame!
